Greater Noida has become Rising Star of NCR Real Estate

The realty market of Delhi NCR continues to defy the skeptics. As per the research reports, the market has witnessed maximum number of units launch. The research indicates that Greater Noida has witnessed a consistent hike in the number of launches. More accurately, approximately 2,800 units were launched in November 2014, which increased to nearly 4,000 in January 2015, clearly indicating the hike of 42 percent in mere 2 months. 

Greater Noida is all set to get another shot in the arm with a green signal from Greater Noida Industrial Authority for the feasibility study of Heliport. The project is planned to come up in Safipur along the Noida – Greater Noida Expressway on a 22-acre land area. In parallel, DMRC has also proposed two metro routes to provide best connectivity between Noida and Greater Noida with an allotted budget of Rs. 10,000 crore and 4-5 year of expected time for the completion of project. On order to develop Greater Noida with world – class infrastructure hubs, the local authority has tabled their annual budget of Rs. 15, 881 crore for financial year 2015-16.
